Terms of service
The agreement, in plain words
These are the terms you're agreeing to when you buy from us. They're written to be read, not to hide anything. Last updated 17 September 2026.
Who you're buying from
Lush Luminous Wellness
A small handmade beauty line based in Florida, a Luminous Designs line. Contact: hello@lushluminouswellness.com. Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer; our email is the yes
When you check out you're offering to buy. The contract is made when we email to confirm the order. If something is out of stock, mispriced, or we can't ship to you, we may decline and refund you in full — we'll tell you why rather than leave you guessing.
You need to be 18 or older to order, and the address you give us needs to be right. We're not able to redirect a parcel once a label is bought.
Prices & payment
Shown in US dollars, charged at checkout
All prices are in USD and include the product only; shipping is added at checkout and sales tax where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Discounts and bundle offers apply as described on the offers page, and only one offer applies to an order unless we say otherwise.
We can change prices at any time, but never on an order you've already placed.
Shipping & returns
Covered on its own page
Delivery times, rates, event pickup, returns, refunds and cancellations are all set out on the shipping & returns page, and those terms form part of this agreement. In short: unopened bottles can come back within 7 days, opened ones can't be resold so we offer credit or a swap, and anything damaged in transit is our problem to fix.
Subscriptions
Cancel whenever, no phone call
If you subscribe for refills, you're charged each time a refill goes out at the subscriber price shown when you signed up. You can pause or cancel at any time by emailing us, and a cancellation stops the next charge as long as it reaches us before that batch is poured. We'll never make you call anyone to cancel.
Using the products safely
External use, and patch test first
These are cosmetic oils for external use only. Don't swallow them, and keep them out of reach of children. Please patch test a small amount on your inner arm before using a new blend, especially if your skin reacts easily or you're pregnant or nursing.
Ingredients are listed in full on every product page and on the bottle. If any ingredient is one you react to, don't buy that blend — and if you're not sure, email us and we'll tell you exactly what's in it before you order. Stop using a product and speak to a doctor if you get irritation.
What we do and don't claim
Cosmetics, not medicine
Our products are cosmetics. They are not drugs, they don't treat or cure anything, and nothing we've written has been evaluated by the FDA. Hair, brows and skin respond differently from person to person, so we describe what our blends are made of and what people tell us, not guaranteed results.
Using this website
Look, read, buy — that's the licence
The photographs, text, labels, blend names and branding on this site belong to Lush Luminous Wellness. You're welcome to read and share links. You're not welcome to copy the photos or copy text for another shop, resell our products as your own brand, or try to break, scrape or overload the site.
Limits
What we're responsible for
We stand behind what we make: if a product arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, we'll replace or refund it. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited, and nothing here takes away rights you have under federal or state consumer law.
Law & disputes
Florida law, and an email first
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If something goes wrong, email us first — almost everything gets sorted that way in a day or two. If it truly can't be, any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes too. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you ordered.
