How do I change or cancel?

Email us and it's done — include the name on the order and what you'd like changed. We'll confirm the same day we see it. Any change made before your refill is poured applies to that refill.

When am I charged?

On the day each refill is prepared, not in advance. You'll get an email a few days before that happens, so there's always time to skip or swap.

Can I subscribe to more than one thing?

Yes, and they can run on different rhythms. If two refills fall in the same week we'll ship them together in one box.

Does the discount stack with a bundle?

No — the cart applies whichever single offer saves you more, so you never need to work it out yourself.
